Return & Refund Policy
- Customers must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the order to request a return or refund.
- A refund will only be granted if the product has a genuine manufacturing defect (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged fabric, stitching issues).
- To initiate a return, customers must provide clear images or a video showing the fault.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Returns due to a change of mind or personal preference will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving the order.
- Customers must provide a valid reason along with clear images or a video of the product.
- Exchange requests due to size issues or minor color variations (due to screen differences) will not be accepted.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Customers may need to bear additional shipping charges for the exchange process.
- For orders paid via online payment methods, any transaction fees or bank charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges if the item does not meet our policy conditions.
